Candidate Documentation Requirements Under Florida Law
Dr. Kerry B. Lewis is not required by law to produce, disclose, or submit any document, record, certification, or personal information beyond what is expressly required under Florida Statutes for an individual seeking public office.

Florida election law strictly limits what may be required of a candidate. A candidate is obligated only to file the documents specifically listed in Chapters 97–106, Florida Statutes, including but not limited to:
