  • Fact: My campaign is about Daytona Beach—not national platforms. I am committed to local solutions that strengthen neighborhoods, protect property rights, and ensure fiscal discipline. I will not endorse outside agendas that distract from our citizens’ needs.

 

Misogyny and Women in the Workforce

  • False: Kerry Lewis believes women belong only in the home.

  • Fact: I reject misogyny outright. Women are vital contributors to our community, economy, and leadership. Equal opportunity must be based on merit, skill, and dedication.

 

Faith-Based Legislation

  • False: Kerry Lewis will impose religious doctrine through city government.

  • Fact: As an ordained pastor, faith is central to my life. But as mayor, my duty is to uphold the Constitution and serve all citizens equally. My policies will be rooted in law, fairness, and accountability—not religion.
